Who are we?
We are a subsidiary of Kommunity Kiosk, Inc. Kommunity Kiosk provides interactive, touch screen advertising in major hotels in NJ, NY and CT. We obtain the gift certificates listed on this site from our clients.
In order to offer such large discounts, we need to keep our costs to a minimum. One way we do this is to communicate via email instead of telephone. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at service@savesomejack.com. We promise to answer your email as soon as possible.
We’d also very much appreciate any feedback. Our main concern is being sure that our customers are completely satisfied and we will do everything in our ability to meet that goal!

Are there any restrictions on the use of the certificates?
Not unless we indicate any in the description. These are the same certificates you would get if you purchased them directly from the business...just at a discount!
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as checks and money orders. Please contact us at sales@savesomejack.com to make purchases by check or money order. Please include your name, address and a list of the certificates requested. We will then forward payment information.
Is your site secure?
Absolutely! In order to provide the most secure environment for your purchases, we use a 3rd party processing center. Paypal is a major credit card processing center owned by Ebay and used by major online corporations. Their site is completely private and secure. They also have a fraud protection service that gives you even greater security when dealing with online purchases.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, you may return the certificates, within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. We also provide protection for you in case the establishment goes out of business...see below.
What if an establishment refuses the certificates or goes out of business?
If you purchase certificates and the business closes before the certificate expiration date (or within 2 months of purchase, if there is no expiration date), contact us at service@savesomejack.com and we will make a full refund of your purchase price. We cannot control the actions of the individual businesses, but if you should ever have a problem redeeming a certificate, please contact us so we can make things right.
Can I find out about new offerings?
Yep! Just sign up for our mailing list and you will find out about new offerings before anyone else does.
Is my information safe with you?
Absolutely! We take privacy as seriously as you do. We promise not to use any of your personal information or email address for ANY purpose other than for this site. We will NOT sell, rent or give your information to ANYONE!
How are the certificates shipped?
All certificates are mailed via the US Postal Service.
How long will it take me to receive my certificates?
We strive to mail all certificates paid by credit card or money order within 1 business day of receiving payment. From there, delivery time is dependent upon the location delivered to. Most NJ locations usually take 1 to 2 business days. If you pay by check, please allow approximately 10 days for the check to clear.
